1. Your Notary Verified TORT CLAIM or Petition if you are suing, requesting your right to an inviolate Trial By Jury and your hearing request; (Your claim must be specific and presented properly with all the facts of your case covered); (sample is in my client instructions)
2. Attorney’s COMPLAINT which is unverified by a Notary. Attorneys complain, they do not state facet just that you did not pay your alleged debt..
3. Your Counter Claim Complaint if being sued;
4. Notice of Dismissal that only Attorneys file in the court to their BAR Member Buddy Attorney Judges, BUT you can file one first if being sued;
5. Your hearing in front of an Attorney Judge if any; (At this hearing you can win your case.. Just follow my client instructions for a GUARANTEED WIN if you present my material properly);
