We all grew up believing that credit was money (legal tender) and the lender was at risk and that it should be repaid. The reality is the banking system does not work in that fashion. First, you signed a promissory note, a promise to pay the credit that was extended to you and interest over a period of time without full disclosure that you were actually funding your own loan with your signature. You expected to sing this take it or leave it one sided contract.
You acquired the credit by signing a promissory note (your credit card agreement, auto contract or mortgage lien contract), but no money was lent. It is just trick bank bookkeeping. However, the bank does not let you know that your promissory note is actually a “negotiable instrument” under the uniform commercial code, and that your signed note will be deposited to fund your own presumed loan by securitization and monetization of your signature.

The banker or creditor turned the note into cash through the Federal Reserve and used it to discharge the credit debt instrument that was extended to you as money. The net result is you just funded your own loan based on the power of your signature and good credit, and the banker, creditor, or closing agent doesn’t tell you up front that it is paid off. That’s right…banks and lending institutions only appear to lend money… No Full Disclosure!

When you signed the Bank’s secured debt agreement, your signature created the credit that the bank or creditor extended to you as a loan. The promissory note is a bank asset, and that asset is deposited into a demand deposit type of account in your STRAWMAN or all Capital Lettered Corporation, Legal Fiction, Artificial Person NAME.

Then the Notary Escrow Closing agent forced you, without full disclosure, to sign a “TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT” Mortgage Lien Contract without giving you the legal 3 days to read it before hand. You have just signed a Property Mortgage lien agreement wherein you promised to pay the lender principle and interest when they had nothing at risk to begin with. This countered your Note that you paid off the debt with in the first place. You signing the Mortgage Lien Contract is what established your presumed debt.

To add insult to injury, the lender can fractionalize your note through the federal reserve, expanding its value up to nine times the note’s face value ($100,000 can become $1,000,000), tax-free money the bank or Pretender Lender can invest or spend as this corporation pleases. You thought that piece of paper was just a commitment to pay back a loan, but to the banker, your signature was worth cold, hard cash, MANY TIMES OVER! This is how the Bank can foreclose and steal your home and property.

The “lending” techniques that are used in the banking system today are beyond brilliant. It took some very smart people to figure out how to appear to be lending money, when in actuality the “legal tender” is being supplied by you, the person or borrower that requested the loan. The bank or other lending institution does not disclose to you that your promissory note is actually an asset to the bank that they deposit.
